Gotchas
Native B2B is Plus-only. Standard Shopify plans need third-party wholesale apps ($20-$200/month) or Faire integration.
Context
Shopify retired Handshake in 2023 and invested in Faire. For most early brands, Faire Direct is the cheaper wholesale path. Shopify B2B makes sense once wholesale volume justifies Plus pricing.
