Editor's take

Best for

Provider path founders with real operating expenses (shipping, equipment, insurance, payroll). NFIB is also the largest small business advocacy org, so membership funds policy work on small business tax and regulatory issues.

Not worth it if

You are pre-revenue or a solo consultant with minimal overhead. The discounts require actual spending to pay off.

Gotchas

NFIB is politically active on the conservative side of small business policy. If organizational political alignment matters to you, look at the alternatives (NASE, SBA resources, local chambers).

Context

NFIB member discounts include FedEx shipping, Dell technology, payroll services, and commercial insurance. Also provides legal and HR information resources. Membership is the entry cost; discounts scale with usage.
